What program awaits you?
On Saturday, October 4, a large number of Viennese museums and exhibitions will be open for you from 6 p.m. to midnight, including many of the big, well-known museums as well as smaller, lesser-known institutions. You can find the brochure with all participating museums and their program on the ORF website and you can also get it at Treffpunkt Museum. The brochure is also available as a digital download or in the app. This makes it easier to plan your night out.
In addition to visiting the museum itself, you can also take part in guided tours, listen to lectures or attend performances. Thanks to the rich variety of museums in Vienna, there is something to suit every interest, be it art, history or railroads. More unusual museums such as the Clowns Museum also take part.
Some of the museums offer special programs for children, which you can tick off in the children’s pass. These are also marked as children’s programs in the booklet. You will receive a stamp for each participation in a children’s program. After the third participation, you will receive a small gift at the museum meeting point. If you can’t make it to the meeting point on the same evening, you can send your children’s pass to the following address by October 11:
